Ben served in the United States Army and Ohio National Guard for 8 years, and has received many awards including the Army Achievement Medal. A perpetual Entrepreneur, Ben founded over 11 separate business in his lifetime including Comtrex, LLC.
Comtrex owns and operates a number of websites specializing in solutions for small and moderately sized businesses. Comtrex’s products and services range from providing solutions to existing businesses and helping individuals who wish to go into business for themselves.
As an adjunct professor, Ben taught marketing and Internet courses at Cincinnati State College from 2000 through 2006 and graduated many successful entrepreneurs from his courses. Ben has also authored several books and manuals on a variety of topics
In the past 13 years Ben has trained over 1,148 small business startups nationally. Having failed and succeeded many times over, Ben is well positioned to help small startup businesses accelerate their initial growth, by highlighting what works and negating what does not.

Peg Stookey, founder The Legacy Center, comes to us with an expertise in career transition, franchising, small business, and entrepreneurial development. Her personal motto is “Make a difference-one person at a time!” She founded her company in 2005 to “make a difference-one business at a time”. The mantra of this entrepreneurial center is The 80% Shift, which reflects their overall mission of greatly increasing the chance of sustainable or Legacy, entrepreneurial success. The programs of The Legacy Center are designed to accelerate the development and learning of the small business owner so that they are better prepared to build their legacy business.
Peg has created numerous teaching tools and programs such as Legacy ACCESS, ACCEL Masterminds, SUCCESS Communities, The Legacy Cycle and the Anatomy of Success model to help the potential, start-up and emerging small business leader to explore, start and grow a lasting business. She now shares these tools and more with other small business organizations in order to “help them help more”. This collaborative approach is unique in the small business development world, but then, so is Peg!

Steven Easley is the CEO and Lead Photographer of Easley Blessed MEDIA. He is responsible for marketing, promotions, photography, editing, designing and managing the daily operations of the company. He has serviced clients multimedia, training, consulting and branding needs nationwide and abroad.
Steven has served two tours in Iraq as a Captain in the U.S. Army. He has volunteered for numerous organizations such as the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and March of Dimes.
Steven Easley graduated as the first African-American Valedictorian of Valley Forge Military College. He continued his pursuit of education at Xavier University were he completed a dual bachelor’s degree program in Information Systems and Marketing. He is currently pursuing an MBA at the same institution.
Steven and his wife J’Nelle Easley have two children Steven A. Easley III and Imani J’Nae Easley. He enjoys reading, boxing, mentoring and jogging. His favorite quote is “If your light shines bright share it with others so that they too may find their way.”

Parminder is a serial Entrepreneur, strategist and tactician with over 18 years of experience in achieving business growth objectives within startups, turnaround and rapid change environments. He thrives on solving complex business challenges and making high-stake decisions for clients; leveraging extensive expertise in Strategic Consulting, Client Management, IT Operations and Global Delivery; repeatedly producing sustained revenue and EBITA growth in dynamic and changing markets.

James D. Cohen, CPM
Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tulane University and completed the Owner/President Management Program at the Harvard Business School. Mr. Cohen is the President of Community Management Corporation (CMC) and during the past 25 years has managed all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties in Cincinnati and throughout the East Coast of the United States. He is a past President of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Apartment Association and serves on the Board of Housing Opportunities Made Equal, a local fair housing advocacy group and Executive Service Corps. Prior to joining Community Management Corporation, Mr. Cohen served as Vice President of Management in the Boston office of Metropolitan Properties.
