We are Express Employment Professionals. We help people find jobs and companies find people. Over the last 19 years we have put over 15,000 people back to work at over 500 companies. The majority of our business funnels through our evaluation hire program, where companies can evaluate an employee’s attendance, work-ethic, and cultural fit before making a hiring commitment.
Chris and Debby Winnenberg purchased the Cincinnati East Express Employment Professionals Franchise in 2002. We are consistently in the top 10% of franchisees internationally. In 2009 we became a developer office, where we train and mentor the other 21 offices in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Kentucky.
Without a doubt, our favorite part is when we help an associate find a long-term career at a client. Most of our positions are focused on long-term placements. When a candidate shares that Express was the foundation for their career – well it makes everything we are doing worth it.
