The Greenhouse was developed to enhance the productivity of its members through shared services, shared training, shared best practices, and the formation of strategic alliances.

Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati, in association with the State of Ohio, the University of Cincinnati, the City of Blue Ash, SBA, SCORE, and Legacy Connection have partnered together to provide your organization the ability to accelerate the growth of your nonprofit.
ESCC—Driven by the power of its volunteer consultants, Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati provides capacity-building consulting services, coaching and leadership training to other nonprofits in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Formed in 1995, ESCC is part of a national affiliate network.
SBA—The Entrepreneurship and Small Business Division of Ohio works in partnership with a broad network of public and private partners supporting small businesses by creating opportunities for them to expand their financial literacy and access the capital, entrepreneurial skills, and coaching they need to succeed.
Ohio’s small businesses require high-quality, flexible tools that support their entrepreneurial endeavors. The Entrepreneurship and Small Business Division is the link to those tools and is working every day to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship throughout the state.
SCORE—We provide ongoing guidance for entrepreneurs establishing their own enterprises and bring “turnaround” team solutions into play when financial or operational difficulties arise in existing businesses. Also provided are the design and delivery of workshops and seminars to the small business community on a low-fee, or no-fee basis, including selective partnering with other nonprofits. Our charter includes supporting small businesses and non-profits in every ethical way, and helping create jobs to grow our economy.
