CMC West Chester Office Center Parking Lot Upgrades!

I’m so excited to let you know that the following areas of our Beckett Office Center parking lot will be resurfaced on Tuesday, June 22nd and concrete curbing (where applicable to replace asphalt curbing) will be laid later that week:
  • Front parking lot of 8050 Beckett Center Drive (yellow area shown below)
  • Front parking lot of the retail building directly behind Arby’s (blue area shown below)
  • Drive lane on the north side of 8050 Beckett Center Drive (pink area shown below)
Additionally, crack sealing, line striping, and pothole repair will be completed throughout the property.
*Please note that dates are subject to change based on factors including, but not limited to weather.
This great news does come with minor inconveniences that we need to make sure gets relayed to all employees and visitors of the building. It is imperative that no cars be left in the blue, pink, and yellow areas (shown below) Monday evening as work will begin very early Tuesday morning. Therefore, any vehicle left in the blue, pink, and yellow areas shown below after 7pm Monday, June 21st is subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Areas will be blocked off over the course of the week to allow room for work to be completed. Please do not park in any area that has been blocked off.
