Attn: Tenants! Rent Reminder

As a reminder to all tenants previously enrolled in our direct debit program for rent, effective April 1, 2021 CMC will no longer be processing direct debit payments internally, which you are currently signed up for through the management office.  This option will now be available through Zego (powered by Paylease) and remains free of charge if set up through your checking account.

Through Zego, you will be able to create an account and set up your own recurring payments for the 1st-5th of each month. You may also make one-time payments at any time during the month (please check your lease for applicable late fees).

Zego allows you to link your bank account for free, you can also link your credit card or debit card for a small fee.  You can access the Zego site through your property website with the Pay Rent button or by clicking here. *Please note that your Account Number/Tenant ID is located on the top right-hand corner of your monthly statement (ex: BE1-100-CU).
