CMC-Beckett provides a great location that is easily accessed from highways and interstate roads. Most important though is the personal attention given by property manager, Caitlin Beckett. She is readily found on site and approachable whenever a concern presents itself. Moreover she will work along side of a tenant until a concern is resolved. She’s invested in what she does, is reliable, and creates a positive place to have an office.

CMC-Beckett is a desirable location with rapid highway access. I’ve opened multiple offices in several states, and none have had a more professional, responsive staff than CMC-Beckett! Caitlin (Manager) has set a very high standard for tenant satisfaction and retention. She is well organized and genuinely cares about our facility and the people who do business here. Mark (Maintenance Operations) is second to none. He keeps the buildings in great shape with everything working properly inside and out. I’m proud to run my business in the CMC-Beckett location!

Mandy Friedman makes the CMC Office- Beechmont a wonderful place to work. Mandy’s “can do” attitude sets a positive tone for everyone. She is pleasant, energetic and helpful. Mandy thinks of everything from making the lobby attractive to including healthy options in the vending machines.  As a Geropsyhologist working with older clients, I needed to ensure the building provided close parking, wheelchair accessibility, safe bathrooms, and a clear building directory. CMC Beechmont meets all my needs and more.

I have leased office space at the Meijer Office Park from the beginning of the complex. I have been a tenant of CMC going on six years where I have taken advantage of very affordable space for my small business. I am out of the office most of the time and CMC’s Office Manager Mandy Friedman has been very helpful seeing that deliveries to my office are placed inside when I’m away.  The location is great being just off the I275 exit and I don’t have to spend a lot of time looking for a parking space when I do make it to the office. I like very much the availability of the conference room with internet access. Mandy Friedman has always worked with me in scheduling access to the conference room with very little advance notice and for that I am very grateful.

The last thing we need is to be nickle and dimed. We used to lease with another center that charged us for every little thing. The staff goes out of their way to help us. When they see I’m carrying more than I should, they stop what they’re doing and help me with my things. No position is ever too big for them to lend a helping hand. Sometimes I see the manager chasing out the goose off the property because she doesn’t want us to step on their manure. I highly recommend this center to anyone who is tired of feeling like a number with their landlord. Their prices are very competitive and I’m only paying one landlord! Best thing about this office: The people are great. The prices are competitive. The response time is unbeatable. The building is new and impressive to my guests.”
