I guess it is true that office space , the lease , is probably the biggest factor in a business’s overhead . It is more appealing in this economy to start a virtual business, one that does not require you to lease office space. I guess those who are freelance service providers such as web developers or designers or online stores, to name just a couple of businesses, don’t have to worry about office space.

This sounds like a full service office and drop box rental location. It has all the traditional services you have come to expect from a mail drop. I remember how this type of business emerged during the mid to late 1990′s, and after that initial explosion of businesses offering it, it sort of got lost in the mix of the internet dot com boon. But apparently, it never went away. It’s still a needed service.

Wow, I didn’t really notice until I read the list of features carefully, but am I to understand that exists a rental office facility that also has a fitness center? Well, that would be a game changer. Mailboxes ect. Certainly does not include that feature. I thought this was a typical mailbox drop with the usual services, and it is for the most part, but a fitness center is really impressive and a real luxury.

I remember when I first learned that there existed mail drop locations that you could rent in order to receive your mail and even conduct meetings in conference rooms. Of course, there are various levels of features and services that a mail drop business can offer. Some are just mail receiving services while others offer the gamut of services such as the rental of elegant conference rooms. This service seems to be a top notch provider.

This is awesome I am going to have to look into this further so I can see the floor plans and make a better decision as to what I want. The amenities that you offer are out of this world and you include them in the lease? Is the fitness center open to family members of the person with the lease? I love the copy center as well that is a huge expense.

Free parking has to be one of the most underrated amenities that an office building can offer to its employees. Anyone who has ever worked in downtown building location knows how expensive parking can be over the course of one year, unless of course, you have some sort of daily, weekly, monthly or even yearly parking pass that enables you to save a lot of money as opposed to having to pay the daily fee.

Most freelancers work from home-especially when they are starting out. Using space and equipment that you already have makes sense. Working from home is convenient, and it cuts down on your start up costs. There comes a time for some freelancers, however, when it’s time to move your business out of your house and into an external office space specifically dedicated to your freelance business. I know this from years as a freelance designer.

The only thing I can remember about the city of Cincinnati, besides their pro football team, The Bengals, is the 1979 sitcom starring Lonnie Anderson, WKRP in Cincinnati. That is about as close as I ever want to get to that dreary city. I don’t care to go to any part of Ohio. But if I ever found myself cursed and running a business in that area, I might consider renting executive suites in downtown.

Are the suites near Short Vine? – the nickname for the renowned eclectic area just two blocks east of the University of Cincinnati, located in the the heart of Uptown Cincinnati. However, there is nothing short about the many experiences one can find here! Or is this office building which holds the executive suites closer to the Central Business District, which is incidentally, the most walkable neighborhood in all of Cincinnati. So which is it?

Luis, you are right most freelancers do start out of their homes but wouldn’t it be more professional for meetings and things if you could take your clients to an actual office. If the price for this was right I would feel like it was a good business decision to start with something like this. Just before you make any decisions like this make sure you have enough to support you for 1 year.

I have heard of large companies with large office facilities which include a fitness center (and even daycare, cafeteria, etc), but to think that there are office rentals which also provide a fitness facility, not to mention any of the other amenities, is incredible to me. I have not heard of office rentals of this magnitude in my local area, but if they have these in Cincinnati, kudos to that smoggy, dreary, blue collar city.

Is it really possible to rent an executive office caliber of a mailing address facility? I mean, this article states that there is an office complex for rent which provides just about every amenity you can find in a giant corporate headquarters. The question I have is how much does it cost per month. I have not seen any photos, so it is hard to fathom that there could be such a vast compound for rent.

What does something like this run? It sounds great unless the cost is to high and then of course it would be to good to be true. You have done a great job with the write up and I look forward to your reply on the cost of such a unit. What exactly is the mail drop that others are talking about as well? This is a complete office space right?

I am not in Ohio but I am really curious about these office’s. Is there a company in any other city that does this. And would have the same amenities as these do? I love the fact that the price on these includes all of this stuff and it really isn’t that costly. Great job keep up the good work.

Luis is right there comes a time when you have to move yourself out of your home and into an office because as you grow you won’t want to bring people to your home for meetings. That kind of thing looks very unprofessional. This office space sounds like it would have everything you could need to make a good impression on customers.

Well this sounds like the optimal spot to lease office space. If you get all of those thing with it then it is well worth the money. Is the location fairly close to the down town area or is it more in a rural neighborhood? How much travel will people have to do to find me I guess is what I am asking? I am going to make some calls and see about pricing though.
